Yoni Rubin, Managing Attorney
My practice is focused exclusively on U.S. immigration and nationality law. As a New York-licensed attorney, I work directly with clients on selected family, business, visa, and citizenship matters.
I have over 13 years of legal experience and have focused on U.S. immigration law since 2022. My work includes family-based green cards, marriage-based cases, citizenship and naturalization, visitor visa strategy, J-1 waiver issues, and business immigration matters such as E-1, E-2, L-1, H-1B, and O-1 cases.
As a solo attorney, I work directly with clients — not through case managers, junior associates, or a call center. You’ll get honest advice, responsive communication, and direct attorney involvement throughout the matter.
My Approach
I focus on clear communication, careful review of the facts, and practical strategy. Immigration cases often turn on details, timing, and documentation. My goal is to help clients understand the process before problems develop.
What You Can Expect
You can expect direct attorney communication, honest risk assessment, and a clear explanation of the next step. I do not promise outcomes, and I do not treat immigration cases like paperwork assembly.
The goal is to understand the facts, identify the risks, and prepare the case as clearly as possible.
If you need help with a U.S. immigration matter, schedule a consultation to review your situation and discuss possible next steps.
